Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframe Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Shipping Carrier Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at shipping@foreenergygroup.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Order Changes & Cancellations If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
